Do you find yourself wanting more out of life?

Would you like to have better relationships and deeper connections with yourself, your friends, your family and significant others?

Maybe you are seeking relief from the pain caused by anxiety, stress, depression, and/or ADHD?

Life is all about change and sometimes those life transitions can leave you struggling. Marriage, parenting/new motherhood, a new job, recent move, loss of an important person or the end of a relationship, or even a graduation can be stressful and difficult to adjust to. If thinking about a plan for your future feels scary, let’s talk about it!

Childhood experiences have a stronger impact on how we live our life today than you may realize. Let’s work together to explore how what you learned about yourself and how to relate to others in your formative years, plays out in your present. Discover if those patterns and ways of being are still serving you, and how to change them if they aren’t.

Let me help you unlock your potential in all areas of your life.

I am a mom of twin boys and a yellow lab, a marketing graduate, and an empathetic listener. I am a creative person who brings humor and warmth to those around me. Let’s uncover your strengths and find a way forward, together. Reach out for availability and get started on your journey today!

“Life as a therapist is a life of service in which we daily transcend our personal wishes and turn our gaze toward the needs and growth of the other. We take pleasure not only in the growth of our patient but also in the ripple effect—the salutary influence our patients have upon those whom they touch in life.”

– Irvin D. Yalom, The Gift of Therapy: An Open Letter to a New Generation of Therapists and Their Patients.

When she’s not driving her teenage sons around, Jessica enjoys reading, hiking with her six-year-old yellow Lab, camping with family and friends, practicing yoga, working out, and spending time with family and loved ones.
